ABOUT THE ARTIST

Rachel Godfrey is a printmaker and painter, predominantly focused on linocut, and oil painting. She is drawn to the slow, meditative process of linocut, and enjoys puzzling over how to carve and print each layer.

She received her BFA in illustration from Utah Valley University. She lives with her husband and dog in Orem, Utah, and feels lucky that her three adult children live nearby and visit often.
